Preparation class costs
We in the ASCM Oregon Chapter understand that there are many costs associated with advancing your career. In order to help you budget for the future, below are the costs associated with our preparatory courses for 2026-2027. The costs below include the cost of tuition, our classroom guide, textbooks, and a parking pass (if taking courses at the PCC Campus). Please note that the costs below are for our public class offerings; we offer different rates for on-site classes for companies and organizations interested in hosting our instructors for more than 10 participants. BUNDLE AND SAVE
bundling option details
Save hundreds of dollars in value when you buy one of our bundled class options. Our bundles combine instructor-led classes, taught by local industry experts, with an exam credit and a 2nd chance exam (retake), which will maximize your chances of succeeding on your APICS Certification exam, as well as bring more value to your organization.
- The bundle is only valid per individual member assignment.
- This option is valid for members with "Certification Upgrade" only. Upgrade available at ASCM
- Exam credit must be used within 6 months to purchase an Authorization to Test (ATT). Assigned exam credits will appear in your ASCM account as a payment option for ATT.
- The ATT is valid for an additional 6 months from purchase for you to schedule and take the exam.
- Candidates will ONLY qualify for the 2nd Chance Exam (retake), when they schedule and take their first exam within 90 days of purchasing their valid ATT and fail their exam.
- The 2nd Chance Exam (retake), if issued, will be valid for 6 months.
- You will have access to the Learning System online study tools for 12 months from the time you are assigned the online license.
- Due to the combined discounts associated with this special offer and exam credits, the Prep and Exam Bundle, or any of its components, cannot be returned, refunded, or transferred.
- Important: Before buying a bundle, verify that your first and last names in your ASCM profile match your valid identification. You will be required to bring two forms of valid identification to the testing site, and the names on your ID must match exactly with the names in your profile.

Late Registration Fees
In order for us to effectively plan for our courses, we ask that participants register for courses at least two weeks before the class is set to begin. This will allow enough time to order and receive the class materials for you when class begins. All late registrations are subject to a late registration fee of $100. This fee will be used to expedite materials to be ready for the first day of class.
On-Site Classes
Employers who encourage and support their employees in obtaining their CPIM, CSCP, and/or CLTD designations:

The ASCM Oregon Chapter offers on-site on-demand training in a variety of formats. Your company pays one fee and class size can vary but typically is limited to 30 students. Classes can be scheduled during work or after hours, on weekends or weekdays. This format is typically favored for many companies and organizations because students enjoy co-worker involvement and can work with each other on course teachings. Public Class Location
The ASCM Oregon Chapter offers CPIM, CSCP, and CLTD exam preparation courses to provide a structured and collaborative learning environment for candidates to successfully learn the material presented in the courseware and prepare for the exam. Classes are offered periodically throughout the year. Most classes are held at our PCC Sylvania Campus, one night per week from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm or on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Occasionally some classes are held twice a week or on weekends. In some cases, our classes may be hosted online. Please contact us before you register if you have questions about course dates. Do note that classes typically skip holidays.
